The All-In Leadership Development Program, debuting at RES’26, is designed for experienced leaders ready to elevate from execution to enterprise impact.

Building on the foundational insights of the Next-Up program, All-In is a 201-level immersion in relationship-centric strategic leadership—where influence, foresight, and value creation converge.

Participants will deepen their capacity to think systemically, prioritize high-value pursuits, and cultivate exceptional talent capable of driving transformational outcomes. Through real-world case work, peer collaboration, and guided sessions on design thinking, systems thinking, and Co-Creating net-new enterprise value, leaders will learn to shift from managing performance to architecting growth.

All-In is not just about leading teams—it’s about shaping the organization’s innovation direction, aligning strategy with relationships, and turning relational capital into measurable business advantage.

** The Next-Up Leadership Development Program is a pre-requisite for your admission into All-In. If you have not attended a Next-Up program, kindly contact David Nour (dnour@avnir.com) to further discuss your participation. 

Join us from Monday, October 12, through Wednesday, October 14, 2026, for this intimate gathering.

Your fee includes:

• Social activities at our destination resort
  

• Leadership Development Program

• All food and beverage and learning materials

Your fee does not include: 

• Round-trip flights or ground transportation to the event venue.

• Hotel accommodations.

Additional details will be emailed to you upon your registration. Please arrange to arrive at the designated event venue by 12 PM EST on Monday, October 12, 2026. To ensure your maximum exposure to the program content and relationship nurturing with other participants, your departure should be anytime in the morning of Thursday, October 15, 2026. 

Cancellation policy – Because we must reserve a block of hotel rooms well in advance, you can cancel anytime; your full fee will be credited toward a future Avnir Leadership Program and will not expire.
