The Next-Up Leadership Development Program at RES’26 equips rising leaders with the mindset, tools, and network to accelerate their personal and professional growth.

Over two full immersive days, participants engaged in behavioral and leadership assessments like HBDI®, crafted actionable 30-60-90-day personal action plans, and explored real-world topics including scalable sales growth, customer-centric leadership, and the art and science of Relationship Economics®.

Through interactive sessions led by experienced executives and board members, attendees developed clarity on their leadership brand, deepened self-awareness, and learned how to balance results with relationships.

Designed as both a retreat and a catalyst, the program fosters authentic community, peer accountability, and practical frameworks to help emerging leaders lead with confidence and impact.

Join us from Monday, October 12, through Wednesday, October 14, 2026, for this intimate gathering.

Your fee includes:

• Social activities at our destination resort
  

• Leadership Development Program

• All food and beverage and learning materials

Your fee does not include: 

• Round-trip flights or ground transportation to the event venue.

• Hotel accommodations.

Additional details will be emailed to you upon your registration. Please arrange to arrive at the designated event venue by 12 PM EST on Monday, October 12, 2026. To ensure your maximum exposure to the program content and relationship nurturing with other participants, your departure should be anytime in the morning of Thursday, October 15, 2026. 

Cancellation policy – Because we must reserve a block of hotel rooms well in advance, you can cancel anytime; your full fee will be credited toward a future Avnir Leadership Program and will not expire.
